Teens today often struggle with anxiety, ADHD, substance use, depression, self-harm and lack of motivation, among other behaviors and feelings. These are bright and talented adolescents who have stopped living into their full potential. Whether a young person has never seen a therapist or has recently left a long term treatment program, intensive outpatient sessions (IOP) with our adolescent experts can help them learn the skills and tools they need to be successful in the home, at school and in other life environments. These sessions allow the adolescent to connect virtually to build therapeutic relationships in group and individual settings. Parents also participate separately via virtual family sessions to ensure the entire family system learns tools for communicating, defining boundaries and maintaining healthy relationships. This structured clinical support for both the adolescent and the family help build an environment in the home of healthy interactions, accountability and wellbeing.
